Oryx Safari is a Norwegian safari agency with location in Pretoria South Africa. We have chosen to concentrate on hunting in Southern Africa.
I went on my first hunting safari in 1997 and since then I have had Africa in my blood. The visits to this magnificent continent have been many since then, searching for new hunting adventures. During these years, I have built up a large network of friends and contacts in the safari business which I now would like to share with you as a hunter. During these years I have taken a PH course, I have married, and moved to South Africa totally devoted to the safari business. My wife has for several years worked for a well known safari company which had their focus on the American marked, selling hunting safaris to Mozambique and South Africa.
When you book a safari, it is a matter of trust. A trust that you have come to the right place, and that everything is being done to give you the best possible hunting adventure, from where the dream has started, until you have the trophies hanging in your trophy room. We can guarantee you that we will use all our knowledge and experience, and our handpicked hunting areas to give you the possibility to achieve the hunt you have dreamt about. We are quality testing all our safari destinations by visiting them ourselves, so we know exactly what you can expect in terms of service, accommodation, competence and trophies.
We wish to give you a personal and devoted service, and follow up on you as a client in every step of the safari. I will meet you in person at the airport and be with you during the safari, and deliver you safely at the airport when it is time to fly back home.
For most people, a hunting safari is something that needs a lot of planning and saving up. It doesn´t matter if you spend a little or a big amount of money. You still want to have the memories of a successful hunt and positive experience. Our goal is that you as a client will be so satisfied, that you will be sitting on the plane back home, already dreaming of your next hunting safari!
